In season 3, episode 204 of the podcast Crime Insiders | Detectives, Brent Sanders talks to Di McDonald about how she overcame the fear and torment of her stalker and why she calls former Victoria Police officer, Beck Norris her ‘guardian angel’.
Narelle Fraser Interviews
Di McDonald and her former husband parted ways and divorced in 2013. After a while Di thought about dipping her toes into the dating scene, but she didn’t need to, as a customer at her workplace had seen her and was very taken with her.
He persisted and eventually they went out for coffee and she found she really liked him. He was charming, attentive, a gentleman and ‘quite sweet’ is how she described him. But he couldn’t mask his true personality. Di had unfortunately met a narcissist.
